Each 5SS module has a standard configuration, consisting of main metal structure in hot-rolled sections, complemented by light steel frame (LSF) in the base and the roof, which absorb all the efforts and guarantee a robustness of excellence.

On the side walls there is complete flexibility to frame glazed areas with the structure in LSF.

On the walls, the 5SS concept takes advantage of the best building practices and has in thermal efficiency one of its pillars. The ventilated facade structure also opens up a vast range of options to clad the exterior in order to meet customer's taste.

There are several models available on catalog, all of them starting from a standard module of 3.75m wide by 7.5m long. Numerous configurations can therefore be developed with 1 module only or more.

The modular construction combined with a ventilated facade system facilitates the application of any material, opening doors to a vast range of options for the exterior claddings. The choice is yours!

Wood

The heat treated wood guarantees a excellent dimensional stability, great resistance to the effects of climate, does not degrade in the presence of water and resists attacks of xylophagous insects and rot. Depending on individual taste, a suitable oiling can be applied to exterior or untreated wood, without compromising on its performance - the only difference will be the esthetic level: with oxidation over a period of time, the wood will acquire an attractive grey-silver hue.

Zinc

Zinc, in a single or stapled joint system, can be used as a facade. The process consists of joining two plates along their entire length through a simple fold of the panel. The system is particularly suited for structures located in strict climates, which are often subject to strong, rainy winds. The oxidation gives the facades an aged, very elegant appearance.

Viroc

Viroc is a composite panel consisting of a mixture of wood particles and cement. It combines the flexibility of the wood with the strength and durability of the cement, allowing a wide range of applications both inside and outside.

Phenolic

Phenolic panels feature attractive aesthetics and almost limitless design possibilities with multiple colors, rhythms and depths for "next generation" architectural claddings. These panels are a compact high pressure decorative laminate (HPL) with an integrated surface, manufactured using specific technology. The blend of up to 70% natural fibers and thermosetting resins, manufactured under high pressures and at high temperatures, results in a highly stable and dense panel with a good weight-resistance ratio.

Alucobond

Alucobond is the trade name of the first aluminum composite material, ACM (Aluminum Composite Material). It consists of two 0.5mm thick aluminum blades and a low density solid polyethylene core, that is heat and pressure bonded through a continuous process that ensures uniformity and quality. The range of shades is very wide, including the mirror finish that has a distinctive and attractive feature for lovers of a metallic look.

Cork

Expanded Insulation Cork Board (ICB) is a sustainable material for sustainable construction. It uses only cork as raw material, 100% natural (without additives, agglomeration with its own resins - suberina), dimensional stability, practically unlimited durability, very low energy incorporated, negative carbon and promotes thermal delay.

Marble

Marble is a timeless stone that goes well with any type style or design. These materials bring sophistication and elegance to spaces and help to characterize and customize them, since they have different uses and different types of finishes.

Ceramic

Ceramic materials are a very interesting choice for interior lining due to their high strength and easy cleaning. There are many decorative possibilities that ceramic tiles offer, from the most conventional in relief to evocations of natural materials such as marble or wood.

Wood

Wood, even because it is a living organism, contains almost spiritual energy that affects its surroundings in a very positive way, helping to create a relaxing environment. In addition to its softening effects, wood is one of the only materials that can be finished in any way imaginable. There are many techniques for texturizing, smoothing, painting and staining the wood to give the desired look. Or left in its natural organic state, wood can be crafted in truly stunning, unique designs that showcase imperfections and knots.

Plasterboard

Plasterboard, also known as gypsum board, is a product increasingly used in the construction of interior partitions and in the coating and insulation of walls and ceilings. It is a non-combustible material, resistant to impact fire and free of harmful substances. Its use contributes to create a healthy atmosphere and greater thermal and acoustic comfort inside the building. Working with all kinds of finishes, this product allows for a flawless result, free from cracks and deformations.

Carpet

Carpet allows you to create more warmth and comfort to the space. It is ideal for creating a more elegant decoration by completely changing the appearance of the space. Choosing a carpet involves a careful evaluation of the existing materials options in the market. These are the most common materials:
- in fiber it is more resistant, being ideal for a space with greater circulation of people
- nylon is an excellent option for a comfortable and easy maintenance space, as they are very durable and resistant to stains and soils
- wool is an excellent choice for more comfortable and luxurious environment. They are long lasting and repel moisture. Ideal for rooms
